Business Implementation
Once the necessary preliminary analysis has been carried out regarding a customer’s requirements and wishes for a new Atlassian platform, we have a comprehensive plan for how the implementation should proceed.
The implementation process is typically agile and iterative, with a focus on organic rollout and effective change management to ensure strong anchoring among key stakeholders.
At Translucent, we consider the users themselves as key stakeholders (regardless of their roles in the systems), because if users are not enthusiastic about using the platform to support their daily work, the quality of process support will be low and will typically lead to frustration and collaboration difficulties.
As we like to say: Good employees and tools caught in a half-hearted implementation process often result in a poor outcome, while mediocre tools in a well-executed implementation process can deliver a very satisfactory result.
Atlassian’s tools are excellent and very competitively priced, and there is no reason to waste your own and your employees’ resources on a half-hearted implementation.
