Integrations

Since Atlassian tools often operate at the core of our customers’ businesses and are therefore business-critical for their efficient operations, it is often relevant for our customers to integrate especially Jira and Confluence with other critical business systems, such as CRM, ERP, and financial systems.

We help our customers develop and maintain integration solutions, thereby enabling them to realize the value of having context-relevant information across systems and business units.

Technical details

We usually develop integrations as Atlassian plugins or as standalone microservices (micro-applications) implemented in, for example, Ruby, Crystal, Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or C#. These act as brokers between the respective systems’ web services. For Atlassian products, we typically use the REST interface (and extend it as needed).

If the customer uses an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as an integration hub between their systems, we are also happy to integrate via this.
