Upgrades

It is important for most of our customers to have Atlassian environments that are up to date with some of the latest software—both Atlassian-related and at the system level.

We assist many of our customers with upgrading and patching Atlassian applications, as well as helping them keep their server operating systems secure and up to date.

Technical details

Keeping environments up to date generally increases security, as patches and hotfixes are applied quickly, and business usability remains high through a continuous flow of new features and improved UX.

For some of our customers, it is not relevant to perform patching and upgrades themselves, so they ask our Atlassian consultants for assistance. This may be because they do not have the resources to do it themselves, or because they prefer to have experts help with the process.
